Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
What do the different order statuses mean?
• Placed: You have placed an order. You can cancel an order at this stage • Ready to ship: Seller has packed your order and is ready to ship it. You cannot cancel an order at this stage • Shipped: Our logistics partner has collected your shipment • Delivered: Your shipment has been delivered • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled
How will I get my refund?
Refund is automatically credited to your Account. After a return/cancellation request is processed, it takes up to 2 business days for the refund to be credited. If there is any refund delay after you receive a confirmation email from us, you can get in touch with our customer support
If I receive a damaged product, what is the time period within which I can request a return?
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request a return by calling customer support on +91-9745274444 between 10am and 7pm or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do send us photographic evidence of the same.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and payment has been received, you will receive an email containing the details of your order and confirming the same. In this email you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a list of products you have ordered and the time by which you can expect delivery.
What modes of payment are accepted by you?
Debit cards We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
