Tradisquare.com believe in providing a delightful experience to our customers and serve you with the best Products. We find that the vast majority of our customers do not elect to return or exchange their items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. There is no return for on sale products.
- You must inform us about your return within 2 days from the date of delivery. Mail us at [email protected] or call at +91-9745274444.
- If the product you receive is damaged or not as described, drop a return request and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of it from your address. In this case, please ensure that the product is unused, retains its original tag and is packed well for the courier company to pick up.
- If you think you have received the food items in an unsatisfactory condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery, please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number & relevant photographic evidence within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We will share the pictures of the shipment and individual pictures of the boxes with the Food Vendors and the courier partner for resolution.
- If the concern is regarding the taste/quality/ingredients of the food product, we will refer the issue to the concerned producer and make suitable efforts to help resolve the complaint.
- The product should reach us in its original condition and it should be well packed to avoid any damage or any other kind of tampering in the transit.
- No returns are accepted for customized products.
- There will be slight variation in the craft designs, color and pattern work; therefore, we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your criteria for making a return.
- No Returns are acceptable for on sale products.
- For each return in craft products which are not damaged and perfect in make, a restocking fee is charged.
In these rare scenario, your returns are not accepted:
- The product has been used, worn, washed or changed in any other way.
- Food products which are ordered is of top quality and it does not contain any preservatives, hence the shelf life of the products will be below the normally used packaged products. This makes it difficult for us to provide the return facility for food products, hence this facility will not be available for food products.
- The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and color.
Please esquire about any doubts that you may have regarding the products before going for the final purchase. Drop in a mail at [email protected] and have all your doubts cleared in a very short time.
If you wish to cancel your order with us please note that the order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped. If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount. However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be allowed for any refund and it will become a return on your side. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Some product categories may not be returnable and the non-returnable items will be specified in the product list.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Tradisquare.com or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 10 working days after the receipt of the product and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account within 10 working days. Users are requested to bear with us for this minimum procedural delay in effecting the refund.
In case, due to some reasons, in exceptionally rare instance of not being able to fulfill the order, for which the payment has already been received by us, the Transaction Price will be credited back to bank account of the Buyer.
